We don't need approval either. You can say it loud and clear, be proud
of your passion.
Don't get me wrong, business blogging is a tough road. So are many
other forms of blogging. Yet, when you learn the ropes, it becomes
easier, faster and a ton more fun. Take this blog for instance; I tend
to play around here, while other blogs have to be much more serious.
You can do whatever with a blog. The world is waiting for you to blog.
You wish to discuss Writing Implements…. go ahead. Table cloth
patterns, jump on it. You want to be depressing or funny? It's your
little slice of the world so go for it.
The one thing I always try to tell new bloggers is this; don't take it
so seriously. I mean, don't make it harder then it has to be. YOU have
control over your style, content, guest bloggers, ads, everything.
It's your baby and you can take it as far or as close as you wish.
I know, you were expecting a giant secret from me, but if you have
read my stuff for any amount of time, you know I like things to be
easy. And this is by far one of the most pleasurable and easy tasks I
have ever done. I can write when and how I want. I can misspell if I
choose.
I can swear, review, cuss people out, applaud, entertain you all with
one stroke of a key. If you have not started blogging and have been
considering it…. I urge you to do so. Even if you just want to keep an
online journal, pour it out baby.
Take inspiration and knowledge from others as well. Then find your own
techniques and reach for the stars. Let's face it, we all like an easy
task. We do…. I swear. Why not own it for yourself and blog.
